The Experlogix Documents allows users to start leveraging revolutionary journey with Smart Forms 2.0 in Smart Flows, where users can create, test, present, and submit forms. As we shift functionality from Xpertdoc Portal and Smart Flows to the dynamic Experlogix Documents (GWS), empowers users to craft form data sets, design forms, associate templates, and seamlessly integrate them into workflows. The following capabilities are available in Experlogix Documents:

• Users can create Form data sets.

• Users can use the form designer to design forms.

• Users can associate a template with a form data set.

• Users can use the form data set in templates.

• Users can include a flow step to present a form data set during flow execution.

• Users can insert an e-mail step into a flow to invite the recipient for an anonymous form submission.

• Users can have a flow populate form fields with data collected elsewhere.

• Flows can extract data provided by the form submission.

• Form submitter can interact with the form in Flow Execution Panel.
