The Managed Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement provides a turn-key integration of Experlogix Smart Flows's document flow automation capabilities with Microsoft's leading Customer Engagement platform.

Managed Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE v9 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

If you are on the version 9.0 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE On-Premise, we recommend you stay on the 4.17 solution which will work with the server component of the current version of Smart Flows . If you are on 9.0, we do not recommend upgrading past the 4.17 version of Smart Flows . For the Workflows Managed Solutions, we recommend staying on your current version or the 4.18 version which will work with the server component of the current version of Smart Flows.

Instructions

If you can't see the Smart Flows buttons in the Unified Interface after upgrading to this version, verify the 'Buttons for Unified Interface Apps' setting on your configuration record.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

The solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O provides seamless integration of Experlogix Smart Flows's document flow automation features with Microsoft's leading Enterprise Resource Planning platform.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connectors, Smart Flows utilizes Experlogix Cloud Connect. During the connector setup, two Cloud Connect packages are distributed to the connected Business Central tenant:

Cloud Connect Omni Package: This package provides the foundational connectivity required for integration.

Cloud Connect Omni encompasses the following core components:

  • Admin Center

  • Process Designer

  • Query Designer

  • Cloud Connect Integration API

  • Discovery API

  • Identity API

Cloud Connect BC Document Automation Package: This package includes extensions specific to Experlogix Document Automation, enhancing the document flow automation capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Sugar

The Experlogix Smart Flows Package for Sugar provides a turn-key integration of Experlogix Smart Flows's document flow automation capabilities with SugarCRM's leading Customer Engagement platform.

  • Creation of a Sugar package, which can be uploaded into Sugar via Admin > Module Loader, is part of the connector configuration process.
