Deprecation notifications:

  • The core solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE v. 9.0 is deprecated. Versions 9.1 and 9.2 remain fully supported.

  • The workflow solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is deprecated. The Smart Flows 4.18 release is the last version to support workflows for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. To avoid backwards compatibility issues, we do recommend to NOT update previously installed workflow solutions version 4.15 or higher.

If you have issues with installed workflow solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 after the Smart Flows 4.15 release, please refer to Workflows for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Workaround.

If you can't see the Smart Flows buttons in the Unified Interface after upgrading to this version, verify the 'Buttons for Unified Interface Apps' setting on your configuration record.
