The Managed Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement provide a turn-key integration of ExperlogixSmart Flows's document flow automation capabilities with Microsoft's leading Customer Engagement platform.

Managed Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE v9 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

If you are on version 9.0 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE On-Premises, we recommend you do not upgrade beyond version 4.17 of the managed solution, which will work with the server component of the current version of Smart Flows with the feature set of version 4.17. For the Workflows Managed Solutions, we recommend staying on your current version or version 4.18 which will work with the server component of the current version of Smart Flows.

Instructions

If you can't see the Smart Flows buttons in the Unified Interface after upgrading to this version, verify the 'Buttons for Unified Interface Apps' setting on your configuration record.

The solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O provides seamless integration of ExperlogixSmart Flows's document flow automation features with Microsoft's leading Enterprise Resource Planning platform.
