Organization License Tab

In the Organization License tab, you can view details of your Experlogix Documents license. Organization administrators can manage and activate licenses, ensuring users have the right access to use the application.

 License State

The current state of the license. The possible states are

  • Active: The license is currently valid and in use. Users with an active license have access to the application and all its functionality, as defined by the terms of the license agreement.

  • Inactive: The license is temporarily disabled or not in use, meaning the user cannot access the software or system until the license is reactivated. This could occur due to administrative decisions, such as deactivating a user’s account, or if the license is no longer needed temporarily. However, the license has not been terminated or expired.

  • Unlicensed: No valid license is associated with the user or system because a license has never been assigned, access to the software or system is restricted or blocked entirely, and a valid license must be acquired to gain access.

  • Expired: The license has reached the end of its valid usage period and is no longer active. Once expired, the user loses access to the software or system unless the license is renewed or extended. Expired licenses typically require action such as reactivation, or purchasing a new license to gain access.  Organization ID Displays the organization ID. This field is read-only.

 Activation Key An activation key is required and must be added for activation.

 Activate Initiates the license activation process. It is enabled unless the activation key is invalid or empty. Use this button to refresh the license state.

 Expiration Date Displays when the license will expire.

 Last Activated On Displays the last activation date.

Refresh

Refreshes the license state. If a new key is pasted but not activated, refreshing loads the previous key.

Delete

Deletes the organization.

Experlogix Documents Form Builder features are categorized into Basic and Advanced Forms. While Basic Forms features are available with any license that includes Forms Data Sets, Advanced Forms features may not be included in all licenses.
