Your Experlogix Documents license provides access to a comprehensive suite of tools and services designed to enhance productivity and streamline document management. This section outlines what comes standard with your license, along with optional upgrades or add-ons available for purchase, so you can make informed decisions about what best supports your organization’s needs.

Experlogix Documents tracks the status of each organization's license (such as Active, Inactive, or Expired) and adjusts access accordingly. You can upgrade or downgrade your licenses, and the system updates the access in real-time.

Displays the data sets available for management with your license. Displays the types of data sets you can manage with your license.

Content Manager

Displays the functions enabled in Content Manager on your license.

Templates Displays the current tools support for use with Experlogix Documents Templates.

License Expiration

Licenses remain valid for a specified period. Each license has an expiration date indicating its last valid day. When the expiration date is reached, the system automatically changes the license state to Expired. To continue using the license, reactivate it before or after it expires.

Procedures

Manual License Activation

1. Navigate to the Organization Settings page.

2. Select the License tab.
3. In the Activation Key field, enter your Activation Key. The system verifies the key's format and displays an error message if it is invalid.
4. Select Activate.

Once activated, the license state changes from Unlicensed to Active.

Your organization is now active and ready for use.
