Experlogix Smart Flows Managed Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
The Experlogix Smart Flows managed solution extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE with the required components to use Smart Flows directly from within the Dynamics user interface. During connector setup, Smart Flows can automatically detect whether this managed solution is already installed in the connected Dynamics 365 CE instance and will display the currently installed solution version.
Components included in the Managed Solution

Microsoft Dynamics 365 security roles for Smart Flows. These roles grant users access to:

Smart Flows command bar buttons (available for Experlogix Smart Flows User, Experlogix Smart Flows Designer, Experlogix Smart Flows Administrator)

Smart Flows-related entities included in the solution (available for Experlogix Smart Flows Administrator)

Command bar buttons - Smart Flows buttons are added to list views, record (detail) views and subgrid views. These buttons allow users to trigger Smart Flows directly from relevant Dynamics 365 CE contexts. The label on these buttons is “Documents“. The associated icon is a variation on the Experlogix company logo.

Smart Flows entities A small set of entities (Experlogix Smart Flows Configuration, Experlogix Smart Flows Configuration Details) is installed to manage Smart Flows configuration and integration data from within Dynamics 365 CE.
Together, these components enable a seamless Smart Flows experience inside Dynamics 365 CE while respecting Dynamics security and role-based access.

The Experlogix Smart Flows Managed Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE can be downloaded either:

Importing the Managed Solution
Import of the Managed Solution can be either automatic or manual.

Automatic installation - Install the solution connector configuration or install it from Microsoft Marketplace.

Manual installation - Download the solution and follow the standard procedure to create or update a managed solution in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE instance. For more information, see Create and update custom solutions for ALM in Power Platform - Power Platform.
Configuring the Managed Solution
It is recommended to configure the Managed Solution via the connector configuration wizard in the Project Console. After installation you can also manage it from within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE user interface. Navigate to to the Experlogix Smart Flows App > Configuration > Options.
