The Sugar 13.3 release on 1/24/24 changed several naming schemas that Smart Flows uses to communicate back and forth with the system. Customers who updated to Sugar 13.3 would have been unable to continue using Smart Flows with their Sugar CRM. We've updated our Sugar connector to ensure we can continue to support clients using Sugar CRM. |
