Problems occur when Users with unsynchronized status and an Xpertdoc Smart Flows Workflow Executor role executes flows with a SharePoint or Docusign step. This results in an "Access Denied" error. To temporarily fix this problem give the Xpertdoc Smart Flows Workflow Executor users the Experlogix Smart Flows user role, and sync your users, see User Types.

Access Denied for anonymous workflow users on individual user authenticated connectors

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, when non-synced users with only an Xpertdoc Smart Flows Workflow Executor role attempts to run a flow with either a DocuSign or a SharePoint flow block, they receive the error access denied. This issue occurs even if they have not implemented individual user authentications for their DocuSign and SharePoint connectors. After this fix, non-synced workflow users should no longer receive an error when executing flows that utilize a DocuSign or SharePoint connector if they haven't enabled Individual User Authentication.
