Users

Users are any individual with an account in Experlogix Documents. By default, Users encompass all individuals participating in your project and their associated permissions and abilities. However, it is also possible for someone to be a user without belonging to any permission group, primarily for auditing or record-keeping purposes (e.g., to track who created or edited items).

Users are assigned to groups, and based on their group membership, they can have specific privileges within the project. Users with the appropriate permissions can leverage this group membership to establish checks and balances on other users' actions within their project.
