Why is my flow not asking any questions?

Cause: The most likely cause of this issue is that Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is configured to skip the Get user input flow block when triggered from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE fly-out menu. This will likely happen when you run the flow from the fly-out menu.

Solution: In your CRM, navigate to the Configuration page and update the fly-out behavior to Prompt user for input so that it does not skip the Get user input step.
