Content Manager Details Page

The Content Manager Details Page is divided into four essential tabs; each serves a unique purpose and provides specific functionality.

Tab Name

Purpose

Overview

This tab has metadata fields such as the file/folder’s name, size, location, creation date, and more. It provides a quick reference to understand the document’s basic details at a glance.

Shares

This tab displays information about the shares created for particular file/folder. You can manage share settings, create new share links, and edit share link details.

History

This tab tracks all changes made to the file/folder over time. You can see who made changes, what changes were made, and when they occurred. This is particularly useful for auditing and understanding the evolution of the content item.

Permissions

This tab allows you to view and manage the access permissions for Content Manager items. It ensures that only authorized users have the necessary access to perform actions such as creating, viewing, modifying, or deleting content.

Version

This tab allows you to view and manage different versions of the file or folder. Users with the required permissions can also revert the file or folder to a previous version if needed. See Permissions and Project Settings Permissions Tab for more details.

Details Page Overview Tab

The Content Manager Overview tab displays key file/folder details like name, size, location, and more. Users with permissions can quickly reference and edit these metadata fields. See Permissions and Project Settings Permissions Tab for more details.

Field Name

Purpose

Size

The total amount of space the file or folder occupies.

Location

The path where the file or folder is stored. You can copy this location.

Modified

The date and time when the file or folder was last modified, along with details of who made the modifications.

Created

The date and time when the file or folder was created, along with details of who created it.

Description

A summary or explanation of the file or folder. You can add or edit this description in the Overview tab.

Details Page History Tab

The History tab logs all changes to the file or folder, showing who made the changes, what was changed, and when the change occured.

Purpose

Event Describes the activities performed on a file or folder, such as creating, modifying, or deleting a file. It also includes details about who triggered the event.

Date

The date and time when the specific event was triggered.

Procedures

Renaming your file/folder:

1. Hover on the name of the file/folder.

2. Select the file/folder's name.
3. Type the name you want.

4. On the top-right corner, select Save.

Other operations in the Details Page

The ellipsis menu has many operations such as Copy to, Download, and more.
